Satoru Tanno teaches photography at the Contemporary Art Institute in Sapporo, Japan CAI. His work is in the permanent collection at the Kiyosato Photo Museum (K*MOPA) and has exhibited at the Kodak East West Gallery--"Highlights and Shadows" (1999) and the Alliance Française Sapporo "Tour D'ivore" (2000). He has also conducted daguerreotype workshops at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography and Daguerreotype Workshop - Art Forest in Sapporo.
